Enjoy wine, hors d’oeuvres, a tour of the farm, art and a talk with guests about their newest literary accomplishments from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 18th.

Delaware County artist and writer George H. Rothacker will be discussing and signing copies of his new futuristic novel. Singularity 1.0, a self- illustrated, 300 page story about what happens in2029 when artificial intelligence realizes its smarter than humans. George will also be exhibiting 18 paintings from his series of 20th Century American Writers, created in acrylic on canvas of authors, who have influenced him in his life and career including, Tom Wolfe, Kurt Vonnegut, Theodore Dreiser, John Steinbeck, Eudora Weldy and Ralph Ellison.

Ryan Derfler will be presenting his new magazine dedicated to the history, lifestyle, art and landscape of this an area that includes parts of Delaware and Chester County and northern Delaware. Mr, Derfler hopes that readers will be drawn to the area and become part of the story of this beguiling community.

ABOUT ECHO HILL FARM

Echo Hill Farm is located, surrounded by nature, in Thornton Chester County. The barn’s Pre-Revolutionary roots in the mid 1700’s, were recently discovered by historian researchers, MarySue Boyle and Nancy Webster (August 2019) who also identified possible markers to the Underground Railroad & Lenape Indians.
