Speaker Steve Highsmith will discuss the history of the Philadelphia Mummers Parade. He has hosted TV coverage of the parade for decades. Highsmith also has years of experience in TV and radio news in the Philadelphia market and has been inducted into the Broadcast Pioneers Hall of Fame.
